Квартира в современном стиле, чистая, светлая, теплая и уютная. Полностью меблирована, укомплектована бытовой техникой, туалетными и кухонными принадлежностями. Удобная кровать, свежая чистая постель и полотенца. Хорошая локация - центр города, удобная транспортная развязка во все стороны, напротив драмтеатр, рядом кинотеатр, продуктовый и вещевой рынок. Возможно проживание до 2 человек. Сдача посуточно и на длительный период. Курение и шумные компании запрещены. Проведение видео, фотосъемки по предварительной договоренности.
