Located on the 5th floor in a building without elevator. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: - high-speed internet wi-fi and flat-screen cable TV - queen-size bed with orthopedic mattress - fully equipped modern kitchen with spacious fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, wine cooler and coffee maker - electric fireplace - designer furniture - washing machine - floor heating and air conditioning - autonomously heated water - mobile phone with local number - iron, iron desk, hairdryer, fresh towels and clean bed linen. Laconic modern decor, harmonious combination of colors and fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. It is perfect for those who are going to stay in the heart of the capital.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kiev in the government quarter. In 12-15 minutes walk there are 3 metro stations. Independence Square and the Republican Stadium are about 15-20 minutes walk. Near the apartment there are many different cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, banks. 5 minutes from the apartment is located the Mariinsky Park - a very beautiful shady park, which is a unique monument of park art. The park has several monuments, a fountain and a very beautiful Mariinsky Palace, as well as an observation deck on the Dnieper and the Left Bank of Kiev. For connoisseurs of art and museum amateurs 5-10 minutes from the apartment there are several places that are worth seeing: Kiev Museum of Russian Art "Chocolate House", Countess Uvarovoy's Mansion, National Military History Museum, House of the Weeping widow/Arshavsky's Mansion, the Museum of money and much, much more.
