the estate is not suitable for noisy parties. noise is not allowed. only for a quiet holiday The owner also spends the night in the house on the 2nd floor and does not use the first floor - e internet wifi high-speed . near the river Ros 300 meters, -forest belt 10km to a large paid swimming pool and tennis court. 1km to the beach. 20km to the ice arena -shower is on the ground floor, shower on the 2nd floor of the house. -on the 2nd floor of the sauna on the wood... -- there is a kitchen, dishes - grill - swimming pool on the territory of the estate frame 5.5m * 1.3, sun lounger, hammock, swing
