The apartment has a terrace of 65 m2. On the terrace there is a SPA-pool with hydro massage "Jacuzzi". The use of a terrace and SPA-pool with hydromassage is paid separately, and in winter time it is possible only upon prior request. The cost of one day of use is 2700 UAH in the winter.
Please be informed that for your safety there is a surveillance camera on the terrace.
