It has its own courtyard, with a separate exit from the sea side with a sunbathing terrace of 70 sq / m and a covered veranda of 40 sq / m where you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the Gulf of Odessa from the town of Chernomorsk (Illichivsk) to the monastery at 16 Bolshoi Station Fountain in Odessa, BBQ with barbecue, billiards, summer kitchen, garden furniture. All apartments are equipped with double beds, mini-kitchens (sink, kettle, fridge, microwave, necessary set of dishes), air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and modern modern sanitary engineering in bathrooms.

Two protected clean sandy beaches for residents and guests of the village are located in the 1st minute walk from the territory of our apartments, for lovers of relaxation with comfort, there are several paid beach complexes equipped with water parks, swimming pools, restaurants, bars there are several supermarkets, restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds, spas, medical clinic, bath complexes, karaoke bars, round-the-clock guarded park in a five-minute walk along the embankment from us in general here nce everything for a comfortable and that is not unimportant safe holiday for every taste on the Black Sea.
