Property info

Building 2016 building, is located in the first line from the sea. For rent separate Autonomous sections consisting of two bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen Studio. The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 plasma TV, high-speed Wi-Fi,safe, GSM signal amplifier, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, hob, kitchenware, bed linen, etc. There is not a big yard with sea views. Grill, beach chairs and beach umbrellas included in the price.

Neighborhood info

Guarded territory of the cooperative "Poseidon"is the area of Sauvignon-3 is under video surveillance around the perimeter. Large sandy beach, cleaned everyday, not Packed with people, children have a place to run, a volleyball court and a Playground. The sea is clean, with no breakwater, the water is circulating, not stagnant. There is a grocery shop and a cafe with set menus. Parking for cars behind the house, is also under video surveillance.
