Bring the whole family to Sunshine Cottage with lots of room for fun. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining, deck, hot tub, and game room all just 1 mile from Dollywood entrance & mere minutes to all attractions on the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains are just around the bend. Home features 2 king-size beds, 2-twin bunks, & sleeper sofa, allowing sleep arrangements for up to 10 people. This home makes a great base camp for family adventure. Game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, darts, and video games as well as 4-person Hot Tub.
Dawn and Patrick live in Florida, but our heart belongs to the Smokies. We love the outdoors and our beautiful Sunshine Cottage. We hope you enjoy our home and your vacation. Our goal is to provide our guest with every thing they need including privacy. Self check in and check out with a door code that is personalized for every quest. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and other supplies. We also have a team in place, If for any reason you need us we are only a phone call or a text away. Our goal is to be prompt and address your needs quickly.
Beautiful, quiet, mountain home on a private acre. Home is within 1 mile of Dollywood and Splash Mountain. Within minutes of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smokey mountains National Park, Convention Center, & all the dinning, shopping, attractions & Family Fun. Private parking for up to four vehicles or trailers free for our quests
