Take a scenic walk through the woods and meadows to the dock and soak up the coastal charm. And just 4 minutes away, you’ll find the iconic Falmouth Town Landing Market, where you can grab one of Maine’s best lobster rolls to savor while sitting on the dock and watching a breathtaking sunset. Located just 9 miles from both Portland’s Old Port and Freeport, you’ll have easy access to amazing food, unique shops, and plenty of opportunities for exploring coastal Maine. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this dog-friendly retreat offers cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and plenty of room for families to enjoy. The well-equipped kitchen includes a KitchenAid mixer, heavy-bottomed cook’s pans, baking pans, a rice maker, a blender, and a Ninja coffee maker that uses both ground coffee and pods (stocked when possible). Feel free to poke around the cabinets and use what you find—the kitchen is also stocked with spices, coffee, tea, and some staples. For families with little ones, the house isn’t 100% baby-proofed, but you’ll find many child-friendly amenities including a pack-and-play, a booster high chair, a potty seat, and a couple of baby gates to make your stay easier. Entertainment options abound: enjoy your favorite movies on the 60-inch TV in the living room, play Xbox or one of the many board games upstairs, or have a friendly ping pong match in the garage. Step outside to relax and have lunch on the deck in the backyard, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the fire pit, which is fully stocked with firewood for cozy evenings under the stars. Please note: There is a separate driveway around back and a usually vacant, non-accessible walk-out basement in-law suite.
