**We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire unit and frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.** Our cozy, modern, and newly renovated apartment is at the heart of Newport Beach only 100 yards from the sand and bay. It's fully stocked with everything you would need to entertain a group of 4 people comfortably. You'll be sure to enjoy some ocean breeze, night life, restaurants, bars and best of the beach! You folks are sure to enjoy our home and all the exciting things you can do. We will be available 24/7 should you folks have any questions. STLP#SLP12515

It's a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. It's about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions. You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family.
