Notice of Upcoming Renovation – Discounted Rates Available A unit below this villa is scheduled for a full renovation beginning February 10, 2025, with completion expected by late December 2025. The project includes new cabinets, countertops and tile flooring. The most significant noise will occur in the first 3–4 weeks as old tile flooring is removed using jackhammers. Construction will take place Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with quiet work on Saturdays and NO work on Sundays or holidays. To account for potential disruption, we are offering discounted rates during this time. Additionally, we are offering the 5th night free for stays before December 15, 2025.
