THE CITY EMPLOYS A 24/7 NEIGHBORHOOD DISTURBANCE HOTLINE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO ASSIST IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY FOUND ON THE CITY WEBSITE AS WELL AS POSTED INSIDE EACH VACATION PROPERTY. SHOULD A VIOLATION OCCUR, ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO EVICTION AND OR ADDITIONAL FINES. OCCUPANCY - Overnight Occupancy 2 people. (after 9pm) *** - Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 4 people without written consent. NOISE -Tenants must comply with Sunset Beach Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am) - Amplified Music is not Permitted. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance. PARKING Parking is provided for 2 vehicle in a driveway located in the rear of the property. There is nearby metered and free street parking as well. Please look at posted signs when parking in surrounding areas. ADDITIONAL RULES - Must be 30+ Years old to Rent - All reservations created for a same day check in are subject to a 5pm check in time. - No Smoking on premises, Marijuana & Vaping included. A fine will be charged to the guest found to be in violation of our Smoking Policy. - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings - No Patio Access after 10pm - Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. - Comply with the Trash Schedule posted inside your Rental Home. PETS - If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge will be applied to your reservation.
