Jay was born and raised in Newport, NC, and met Carol Joy in her home state of TX in 1984. In 2003, they began investing in real estate and renovating properties in Carteret County. When they aren’t in the office, they split their time between church, being invited to play piano and sing at public events, and flying all over the country speaking to aspiring real estate investors. Once Jay’s grandparents’ farmhouse property became vacant in 2023, he knew he wanted to convert it into a short-term rental and open its doors to those visiting our lovely Crystal Coast. There’s tons to do all year long in the local area, and they’re so grateful to host your stay in a little piece of their family’s history.

With four cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and inviting living spaces, it’s perfect for families or groups.
