THE CITY EMPLOYS A 24/7 COMPLIANCE TEAM AND HOTLINE FOR THE COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO ENFORCE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY POSTED IN ALL VACATION RENTALS IN NEWPORT BEACH. ANY VIOLATION (YES EVEN PARKING) WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC EVICTION.
OCCUPANCY
- Overnight Occupancy: 14 people. (after 9pm) ***
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 14 people without written consent.
NOISE
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am. (Tenants must comply with Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am)
- Amplified Music is not Permitted. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
PARKING
- In the rear of the building there are 2 separate 2 car garages. You are assigned (2) parking spots. One on the RIGHT SIDE of the RIGHT garage and one on the LEFT SIDE of the LEFT garage. Compact cars are recommended as the garage space is limited. Half of each garage is for Trash Can storage. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking Spots are 74’’ wide 172’’ deep.
- No Parking in the Alley Parking is a very serious violation in Newport Beach for Vacation Rentals. You will receive a parking Ticket and a City Fine, and Tower 17 Properties will be forced to Evict.
PETS
- If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge will be applied to your reservation.
ADDITIONAL RULES

- All reservations created for a same day check in are subject to a 5pm check in time.
