We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Beautifully updated home with hardwood floors and crisp, contemporary decor provides privacy and comfort, and is just a short walk to Association beach with playground & tennis courts. First floor includes Kitchen with bartop dining and slider that leads to deck, patio and backyard with built-in firepit. Kitchen opens to separate Dining area, and Living Room is just on other side of the stairway to 2nd floor. Queen Bedroom and full Bath with tub/shower complete the mail level with full size laundry located in basement. Spacious King Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and skylights, full Bath with tub/shower and open Den area located on upper level. AC window units in each Bedroom and Living Room keep you comfy. In addition to the Association beach, Johns Pond Park at the north end of the pond is open to the public, offering a beach with large parking area and miles of hiking trails for bird watching enthusiasts. Explore the fabulous shops, restaurants & entertainment at nearby Mashpee Commons or plan a day trip to South Cape Beach on Nantucket Sound. Your pet may be accepted with prior permission.
