Enjoy a quintessential summer vacation at this cozy cottage on Big Pea Porridge Pond. Large screen porch,outdoor deck with BBQ grill, private beach with kayak and your own dock, horseshoes and a fire pit for s'mores! Wifi. Sleeps 6. LAYOUT: Open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Living room has pull-out couch and large flat screen Smart TV. There is an window AC unit in the living room which cools the whole house. Sliders from living room open to large screened-in porch with its own tiki bar. Screen porch opens to deck with BBQ grill. A lovely yard leads to a private beach and dock with kayaks! They yard also has a horseshoe pit and a picnic table for a pleasant picnic! 2 bedrooms: 1 with Queen bed and flat screen TV. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. Full bath. Fans are provided throughout the house.
