Ideal for 2 guests; can accommodate 3 for brief stays. Need more space? Check my profile for our nearby property sleeping 11 guests. Bedroom: Queen bed and a convenient futon accommodating an additional guest. Extra linens and ample storage space are provided within the spacious closet. Mounted smart TV with Netflix and Hulu access. Room darkening curtains and control the temperature with a Mini split air conditioner and ceiling fan. Kitchen: Full-size stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a versatile oven/Air Fryer. Starter pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Please note, there is no dishwasher. Bathroom: Tub/Shower Combo with Body Wash Provided, a hairdryer, and a flat iron. Starter Toiletries Abundant clean linens are readily available. Outdoor Space: Fully fenced turfed patio, with Patio Seating. With a flower wall photo opp. Entertainment: 100 in 1 Variety Pak Board Game Collection and Jenga Privacy: Experience complete privacy in this separate and private apartment, secured by a fence to ensure privacy from the rest of the home where someone resides. Location: The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a long driveway in front of the home. Check-In: Guests will receive the door code, 2 hours before check-in time. The door is equipped with a smart lock that verbally announces locking and unlocking status. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: While we can sometimes make exceptions, guests who wish to request an early check-in or late check-out should contact me through the app. Please note that granting such requests depends on availability and whether there are same-day check-ins or check-outs. Parking: Guests are allowed to park a maximum of two cars. A silver four-door car is permanently parked in the lot, please ignore it. You're welcome to park anywhere in the driveway. I guarantee you will not be blocked in.
