Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Welcome to this cozy condo overlooking the city of Atlanta. Fully suited for a comfortable stay and includes Smart Tv with cable, work station, and more! Walkable to Mercedes Benz, Fox Theater, The Aquarium, World Congress Center, Centennial Park, World of Coke and so much more!! There are two Marta train stations near by and plenty of public parking. 24-hour concierge, bike storage, recently updated laundry in basement. HOUSE RULES: We aim to provide an excellent experience to all our guests. We want you to enjoy the place, but we also ask that you treated it respectfully and consider that future guests are looking to get the same experience as you. Welcome to Altanta’s city center! We are steps from world class entertainment and food. Enjoy the America’s largest aquarium, explore the world of coke where you can try sodas from across the world or events at the Mercedes’ Benz stadium that was just picked to host a game for the FIFA World Cup all less than a 10 mins walk. The area is called the hotel district because it’s home to some of the best accommodations in town like High Serenity and is considered a pretty safe part of town. However, this is a major city downtown so please act accordingly.
