Waterfront efficiency on Cinco Bayou with full dock, 2 paddle boards, and putting green access. Waterway feeds into bay, and then Gulf. All basic utilities included with rent. New floor, new paint, new shower, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, sliding glass door to water front, putting green, very quiet area end of cul-de-sac.
I love meeting new people from around the world. Fort Walton Beach is a great area with access to the beach, bay, and bayous. Great fishing, snorkeling, swimming, boating. Fantastic beaches. This property is directly on Cinco Bayou and feeds into Choctawhatchee Bay and then into the Gulf if desired through the Destin pass. Very quiet area. Full access to dock, swimming in the Bayou, paddle boards (free use). Boat tours on request.
