The living room features a gas fireplace and access to a spacious patio with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the warm summer nights. This beautiful Avalon house has a large kitchen with a gas range and ample counter space, perfect for cooking for the entire family and enjoy your meals at home. This is one of the few pet friendly homes available to rent. Located just a few blocks from the beach, casino restaurant and shops. Enjoy the complimentary use of a 4 passenger seat golf cart to drive around the island.
