Punta Gorda Isles Private Vacation Home - Canal access to Charlotte Harbor! Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private vacation home is the best option for a quiet and lovely waterside stay. Just a short distance from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown. Private Lanai faces Northwest and overlooks the canal, 15-foot Dock on Canal (Boat lift not available), Canal leads to Charlotte Harbor, Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining for 6 at the dining table, Living Room with Full-Size Sleeper Sofa, Bikes. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private attached Bathroom / Lanai Acces, Bedroom 2: Two Twin Bedroom -Living room with Full Size Sleeper Couch- Parking: XL Two-Car Garage- Owner's car is parked in the second bay. Two Car Driveway. No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. Security Camera Location Disclosure: Ring Front Doorbell Camera. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. This is a charcoal BBQ. We do not provide charcoal. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
