This prime location is just around the corner from two beach paths. Visit Sullivan’s Restaurant, the island’s beloved seafood eatery, in just over a mile. LIVING AREA The sun-soaked living room features comfy furniture and tasteful coastal decor. Relax and share snacks and drinks after exploring Sullivan’s Island Nature Trail. A checkers table and 42” TV offer plenty of entertainment options. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare your favorite foods in the modern eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets needed. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door fridge and dual ovens. A large stretch of counter space makes meal preparation easy. Three can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers, and a breakfast nook off the kitchen seats six. When it's time to serve special meals, gather in the dining room with seating for eight. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, detailed with a king bed, TV, and access to the sun deck. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. A guest suite has a queen bed and access to the screened porch. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the sun deck, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A sparkling tub/shower combination can be found in the guest bathroom. An additional half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Greet the morning with coffee on a screened porch, furnished with colorful rocking chairs.
