Recently updated with new beds and floors in Jan 2023! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 3BD Bungalow in the middle of Historic Sanford. Only a short walk to all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife on the brick-paved streets of downtown Sanford. Take a stroll on the Lake Monroe walking path. Centrally located between the beaches of the Pacific and national parks. Book now!

The property is located a 10 to 15 min walk from downtown Sanford with plenty of restaurants/shopping/nightlife. A great dog park is a very short walk just north of the property. We are midway between Orlando attractions and the ocean. Easy street parking right in front of the house. Walking distance to shopping district with great restaurants.
