I am a veteran that lives and works in Katy. We are family of 6 and we love traveling. Every year, we go spend our vacation in exploring the many National Forest of the US. Because of our extensive travel expertise, we decided to provide our visitors with the best of experience while visiting Houston/Katy. I am always available for my guest. This 3 bed property is located centrally in Katy on 99 and I-10. Our cozy home is great for long-term stays and is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, just a few minutes drive from Katy Downtown, Katy Asian Town, Katy Mills, Cinco Ranch, and many shopping centers in Katy/Richmond areas. This location is also minutes away from Grand Parkway Park & Ride - which allows you to access Downtown Houston (45 minutes away). Apart from this the house comes with fast Wi-Fi and streaming available

Neighbourhood information

This is a friendly neighborhood in the Katy Area. There is a children's park that is about 5-10 minutes walk from this home. 3 Cars can be parked at this location, including one in the attached garage. Parking on the street is permissible. Highly recommended that you do not block the mailbox that is located next to the driveway entry.
