Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home, in a peaceful family oriented neighborhood! 10 minutes to Downtown San Diego. 12 minutes to SeaWorld 15 minutes to Beach 7 minutes to Costco 5 minutes to Tesla charging stations 5 minutes to Snapdragon stadium House with all amenities you need. Kitchen, Pool, Patio, Tanning area, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer, Bar, TV, Games, fireplace, and more. All reservation change requests must be 30 days or more in advance. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bath has a tub, the other is standup. 1 master bedroom, includes queen bed and full bathroom. 2nd room includes queen bed and makeup vanity. 3rd room is two twin size bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows provided. All rooms have closets. Couch, bar stools provided for kitchen area. If you love sports you are going to love watching games on this TV! 65" QLED Pool does not have safety gates around it, we ask all of our guests to swim responsibly. If you have children please watch over them. Pool toys are provided. Games: 1. Jenga 2. Connect Four 3. Table for beer-pong (drink responsibly). 4. Corn Hall 5. Many board games and card games

This is a family oriented neighborhood, we ask you to be courteous to the neighbors. quite hours are enforced per city guidelines. If you elect to charge your car at the house using the outlet there will be a fee based on usage. Heating the pool is 80 dollars/day. However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months. Hope you have a pleasant stay!
