Take your opportunity to stay in the heart of Historic Downtown Punta Gorda in our loft with incredible patio space- in the middle of downtown. * Downtown Punta Gorda Loft with private spacious patio * Recently renovated kitchen and main bathroom * 1 1/2 bathrooms (both on first floor) * Walk to everything downtown easily * Dining for 3 at the kitchen table * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Desk * BBQ / Outdoor Dining table / Patio seating * Private Entrance * Pickleball supplies / Cornhole. Sleeping arrangements: Queen bed upstairs in loft Sofa Sleeper Full size in living room. Parking: Street parking only - NO PARKING in the empty adjacent lot. Bike rentals are available at Laishley Marina and Four Points by Sheridan, or other select locations. Youtube tv is provided on the smart tv. Laundry usage can be arranged with the property manager when in the office. Easy access! BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional fee will be charged.
