On the creek, across from the ocean and a short walk to Beach Club & Marina, this house is perfect for families. A large backyard & deck is perfect for bbq's, corn hole and fishing off the dock or sitting around a fire. This newly remodeled, single story home, requires few steps for kids and grandparents. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including a walk-in shower) means everyone has their own space and a huge family room for watching movies or sports. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities. Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to 400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. NO PETS!
