The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You enter into the living room area. Kitchen is to the left of the dining table and includes the washer/dryer. Full Bath is to the left of the kitchen and across from first bedroom. Other two bedrooms are located upstairs with second full bath in middle of stairwell. Bathrooms are not located in rooms, great for groups! Location is 2 miles from the intersection of I-20 East & I-285 inside the perimeter. 20 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Airport. Sparkling clean 3BR, 2 Bath. SMART TVs and Xfinity WIFI 1200 mbps. There is a community watch program. One dedicated parking spot, guest parking available.
