New boutique couches bought especially for the X-Lounge, mirrored coffee table, or the massive 75 inch smart. TV in the living room, hanging out in the X-lounge II will feel as good as it looks! This swanky accommodation features three spacious bedrooms, each with: Adjoining or ensuite, full bathroom 50 inch smart TVs! All 3 bedrooms have King beds. NEW premium mattress(with pillow top)for ultimate relaxation and sleep. Pool Deck - What is a vacation rental without a pool deck? Whether in the expansive pool or large jacuzzi, our pool deck is the real MVP. With plenty of space for tanning, working, or socializing. You can thoroughly enjoy that you are on a rooftop deck overlooking Miami…from the views of downtown to waterways… This area is breathless, especially for those who love pool fun. From the early sun rays or the evening jacuzzi dip, you will fully enjoy yourself. Gym - Fitness enthusiasts will be thrilled to find a large, modern gym on the premises.

You can take a short elevator ride down to the lobby, and eat in tLocation, Location, Location - Not only will you be in the HEART of downtown Miami where you can walk to the bayshore area, Heat Games, Baseball Stadium, top concerts & festivals(you could throw a rock to ULTRA), conventions…and of course bars/restaurants/retail. Both Wynwood and Brickell are long walks or very short dives…with free public transportation steps from the entrance to the building. Don’t forget the beach! You'll be pleased to know that South Beach is just a short 12-minute drive away...not to mention other beaches in the range across South Florida.
