Your relaxing Encino home; direct neighborhood access to Balboa park; very close to Lake Balboa. Perfect home for work or family living. It has a peaceful, covered backyard with a Roman fountain and is perfect for outdoor relaxation. There is a soothing jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen! The home is close to many shops and restaurants including Ventura Blvd and easy access to the major freeways so you can get to the studios, amusement parks, beaches, Hollywood, nature, or other attractions. Get it!
Airforce vet turned private aircraft mechanic. Transitioned to tech support for Warnerbros. Later, I became a VP at Countrywide Home Loans managing the Treasury Depts IT. Later I pivoted, built out TMZ at its start, and still reside as Exec. Director of IT. I am now a financial strategy agency owner where Im excited about empowering clients with financial knowledge and helping them plan for goals and their retirement. I strive to provide ease to clients in all businesses!
Low traffic, upscale neighborhood that provides walkable access to Balboa Sports Park and is close to Lake Balboa. There is a walking/bike path right outside the neighborhood on Oxnard Blvd. The neighborhood is great for taking a walk and is right off Burbank Blvd allowing easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways. The home is close to Ventura Blvd and provides easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways.
