This home, newly built in 2019, features plenty of space for a family looking to host their next big event* or enjoy a week in paradise. Enjoy a short 3-minute walk to the nearest beach access since Bikinis & Martinis is just one-tenth of a mile away from the ocean. There is plenty of parking space and a carport beneath the house to make unloading easy no matter the weather. Enjoy swimming laps or floating around in the 16'x'16' square concrete pool. The backyard area offers plenty of place for yard games and is entirely fenced-in. Enjoy your martini around the outdoor bar that features a Bluetooth-enabled television and then take a relaxing dip in the cozy hot tub. Inside, a large recreation room includes a pool table, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator and an elevator so it is easy to access all three levels for those who can't use the stairs.
