Percenti Hospitality has been hosting short term rentals for over 5 years now. We started small with just a duplex in Dallas. We enjoyed it so much we expanded to Houston, San Antonio, Port Aransas, Fredericksburg and most recently Johnson City. My family and I live in Austin and love driving out here to all get together. We own three houses, all within 2 miles of each other, so if you have a big group we can certainly accommodate!
