Must sign pet addendum. TILE FLOORS LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM. LARGE CONTEMPORARY WITH BAYVIEWS. e completely renovated bathrooms, master will now have a large shower rather than a tub. New outdoor gazebo 16x12 with outdoor Pollywood seating area . 1st fl has 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk bed sets (twin over twin) and 2 Pyramid beds- (twin over full). There is a queen bed on the 1st fl and a queen master on the 2nd floor. Living room and dining on 2nd to enjoy the views. Easy walk to Ship Bottom attractions and a short walk to the beach. CHECK IN TIME 3PM CHECK OUT 10am Tenants must recycle and keep lids on trash cans . Tenants responsible for any fines incurred. Gas grill provided tenant responsible for to refill fill propane No more than 16 people including children. Home to be left as found and ready for crew to sanitize Tenant has choice of USD 70 damage insurance fee (non-refundable) with a reduced security of USD 750 or USD 1500 security deposit (let your agent know your choice before lease is sent) in addition to pet security and fee. The owner accepts up to 3 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of USD 350 per dog plus a refundable pet security deposit of USD 1000. . Tenant to bring own pillows and linens.
