→Beautiful newly remodeled home with fully equipped kitchen. → Just 5 min away from the Convention Center! → Right around the corner to Atlantic City's Tanger's Outlets and just 4 blocks to the Casinos! → Parking spot available (for 1 car) →Dogs are allowed for a one-time pet fee. Unfortunately cats are not allowed as we are highly allergic. =( Please Note: This is the downstairs unit. •You will be welcomed into the home with an open concept kitchen + living room area. •Sofa in living room pulls out into a Full size bed. •Smart TV: Hulu, Netflix, etc available. You will need to sign on with your credentials. •Washer + Dryer Bedroom 1 •King size bed •Closet + luggage rack available Bathroom • Full bathroom Bedroom 2 •Full size bed •Closet + luggage rack available •Patio furniture available to put outside and enjoy the sun. **Please remember to put back in the house before you leave** The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. I give my guests space but am available when needed.
