This agreement outlines a set of house rules that guests must follow while staying at our environmentally friendly house. No waste or excesses, no noise, no mess will be tolerated. We closely monitor water, gas, and electricity usage and any extra charges beyond the usual costs will be passed on to the guest or deducted from the guest's security deposit. We are happy to share our living space with you and we strive to provide a warm supportive safe clean stylish space for our guests. We are here for you and we kindly ask that you respect our house rules. The rules are designed to ensure that our shared living space is kept clean, tidy, quiet & peaceful, and that the guests are respectful of the house occupants and the premises. Some of the key rules include: Shoes should be removed at each floor's entrance door. No smoking, no drugs, no heavy drinking are allowed on the premises. No firearms, no pets are allowed on the premises. No parties, no gatherings are allowed on the premises. No visitors and no visitors parking. Only registered guests on the original reservation are allowed in. Shower time should be limited to 15-20 minutes or less. Lights should be turned off when leaving a space. The shared spaces should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Guests' belongings should be kept in their room. The bathroom and kitchen should be kept clean after use. No pads or paper towels should be flushed down the toilets. Quiet time is from 9 pm to 7 am. The house is equipped with a 24/7 camera video security system, monitoring both the indoors and outdoors. The cameras are placed to ensure the safety and security of the guests and the house. The guest agrees to comply with all of the above rules and regulations and acknowledges that any violation of the rules may result in the termination of their stay and the forfeiture of their security deposit.
