We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Property information

Contemporary Post & Beam Style home with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. This home is located just one house back from the water with AC, great views, and beach access up the street at Town Neck Beach. Walk to restaurants, Canal, boardwalk, marina, bike path and the Village of Sandwich. The property has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the magnificent ocean views. The first floor includes 2 Bedrooms, full bath and a separate laundry room. The 2nd floor features an open Kitchen/Living/Dining space, with an extra half bath. From the 2nd floor you can access the upper level deck, an ideal location to watch the ships come and go through the Cape Cod Canal. The Primary Suite, comprised of two rooms and a private full Bath, is located on the 3rd floor. The Primary Suite has a California King size bed, and the sitting area offers a rattan sofa and chair set, as well as 2 Twin beds. From this level there is a full view glass door on the ocean side of the house that leads to a small exterior balcony. The outdoor enclosed shower is great for rinsing off after the beach! AC is MiniSplit on middle level which cools the whole house, with a free standing unit on 3rd Floor. There is one ceiling fan & 2 floor fans.
