Experience private beach access located in the exclusive private community of Sandwich Downs. Enjoy views of the ocean from diff parts of the house, as well as direct access to a private beach. This spacious, modern home features an open floor plan with large windows and sliding glass door that bring in natural light open to the backyard. The living room and dining area flow seamlessly out to the large deck, where you can relax, roast marshmallows, play yard games or simply watch sunset over the water.

We are a family of five with several properties in Sandwich with years of experience hosting guests. We love experiencing new places and hosting other travelers in our vacation homes.
