Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths. Circle up around the outdoor fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the secluded morning patio. Awaiting inside you will find a large dining area, spacious kitchen, and large laundry. This house retains it's 1930's character, but has been beautifully renovated to provide all of today's conveniences.
I live local. I never come on the property unless I am needed or invited. Please reach out if you need me and I will be happy to stop by and help.
The home is a 2-3 minute drive to downtown Laurel and about a 20 minute walk. Walmart is very close. The property is located within the city so you are close to everything but it has a secluded feel. We have a small, fantastic neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.
The neighborhood is small, home is accessed from the back on a dead end paved alleyway. The only traffic is what you will see from the front porch. Parking is private with a two car carport and paved driveway.
