Distinctive and luxury living is redefined in this exceptional, 2600 sq ft. two-story townhouse. Even as you approach the threshold it becomes immediately apparent this is not your ordinary vacation accommodation. The custom entry door leads invitingly into the foyer lighted with dazzling crystal sconces which perfectly showcases the inlaid tile staircase. On this first floor is a master bedroom with a king bed and a stunning ensuite done with impeccable detail and a custom walk-in closet. Just outside this master suite is an open sitting area with a sleeper sofa (open sleeping area, no door) and laundry center.
The second floor welcomes you to the heart of the home with a considerably wide and open floor plan of unique richness and exceptional décor. The ceilings are high throughout the living and dining areas and the kitchen with cherry cabinetry, dazzling black granite and high-end stainless appliances will gratify even the most discerning cook. An additional two bedrooms are situated on this level, a king bedroom with ensuite and another with two twin beds which round out the sleeping in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse. Sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 8.
