Property information

One of the best locations on Fripp Island. Directly across street from Ocean Creek Golf Course with Private dock on Tidal Creek where you can fish, crab, cast net, however, the floating dock is under repair and cannot be used right now. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach, marina, or Cabana Club. This four bedroom home with three full baths delivers 1,800 sq. ft. of Lowcountry Comfort. It features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, two large screened porches on both first and second floors to enjoy the beautiful Carolina Sunrise, and tidal change every six hours. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! Also included with your rental are up to 14 guest cards, with a value of up to USD 700. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
