This four unit property is cozy and very well located. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Just a five minute drive to the beach.

It’s a quiet street with a mixture of houses, . apartments and some office buildings. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown. Where there are several non-chain restaurants with a variety of different cuisines
