When I’m not running my business I enjoy surfing with my son. We try and go every day after school.

Property information

This four unit property is cozy and very well located. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Just a five minute drive to the beach.

Neighbourhood information

It’s a quiet street with a mixture of houses, . apartments and some office buildings. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown. Where there are several non-chain restaurants with a variety of different cuisines
