This is a two story colonial built in 1922 beautifully restored with some custom upgrades and updates a sound proof first floor led lighting solar powered green home, each bedroom is equipped with wireless charging nightstand lamps ,led smart TV with the popular streaming service apps installed just login to your personal ac account to enjoy,the backyard is furnished with comfortable chairs an umbrella table ,nice planters with fresh herbs for cooking also fresh mint

The area is homely,quiet perfect for long sleepy days ,the hollis haunted house is just a 10 minute walk away for any thrill seakr looking for a good fright,the UBS stadium is only a 10 minute drive away for live sports events and live music performances, The resorts world racing is a 15 minute drive away ,this neighborhood I close to everything necessary to have a great vacation, even Maijor airports are within close proximity JFK is only a 15 minute drive away Laguadia Airport is only 30 minutes away The 83 bus stops on the corner which connects with the MTA F& E trains in a half hour you can be in midtown Manhattan.
