"Looking for an island feel getaway? Come enjoy this 1800sq foot direct waterfront property on Silver Sands Beach in Milford Ct. This home offers spectacular views of Long Island Sound and Charles Island. Catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets to end the relaxing day, collect seashells, swim, paddle board, or take a walk to Silver Sands State Park' s boardwalk for a walk or run. Most importantly, sit on the beach or deck and simply relax. Perfect for family get-togethers, couples, great getaways."

"Great for outdoor activities. Walk, run, bike, swim, kayak, canoe, jet ski. Milford offers lots of restaurant choices, shopping and entertainment. Strictly enforced quiet time between 10:00pm and 8:00am. No loud music, no group parties., no smoking in home. The beach community is a quiet family atmosphere. Extra charges may apply for not adhering to these rules. Additional cleaning charges may apply in extreme cases." "You can easily get around with a bike, car or city transportation including Uber’s and city bussing. Many areas are within walking distance as well."
