Enjoy the privacy of our Petite guest Studio with independent access, Very quiet , lots of light.bathroom,New full size memory foam mattress, 74in x 53 in,Very comfortable + kitchenette with appliances , refrigerator ,nice closet space .access to laundry room.Free reserved parking 24/7 HI speed Wi Fi We keep our place sparking clean,sanitize and always New sheets . New towels after each guest etc We are freak cleaning hosts :) Priority one is the great and heath environment to our guest we are at 5714 palos verdes blvd Torrance Ca 90505
We are a couple that likes to travel the world and enjoy meeting people. Originally from Brazil share the love for the beach and the California weather. We live about 1 miles from the beautiful Pacific Ocean! (South Redondo Beach pier ), Redondo beach etc + enjoy taking my boat for fishing or riding my bicycle at the strand. We share our recently renovated home with our adorable and well behaved dogs(small poodles). we are owner for 30 years. we look forward to welcoming you in our home! We are accessible at any time if the Guest had question or need help, But we do respect guest privacy completely , (no smoking )
Great Area ,about 8 minute by car to the Biggest Mal south bay nall (del amo mall) Best south Bay beach Torrance,Redondo Beach.hermosa beach .manhattan beach ,palos verdes etc about by car between 5 to 15 minutes Close to Traders joes .smart final.wall mart , cvs, star bucks,arco gas station ,vons ,whole foods market ,Rock and Brew , good stuff,pizza round table place , and many many more restaurants on catalina avenue But we are on a very quiet area secure easy acces You have complete privacy 24/7 but if need anything let us know anytime .knock in our door,call send sms please if you have any question let us know we are located at 5714 palos verdes blvd torrance ca 90505
