Welcome to "A Point of View." This luxurious beach home is the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Loaded with amenities this home is sure to please! Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico on the BRAND NEW rooftop deck! Experience stunning sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf, along with the best views in Seaside from the home’s roof top deck and 4th-floor observation room! With views this beautiful you may never want to come back down! All this and you are only minutes from the Thyme St. beach access and steps to enjoying all Seaside has to offer! As you enter the first floor of the home, you will breeze into the efficiency apartment that was recently upgraded with all new appliances and furniture!! This room includes a full kitchen, full bath, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and King loft bed designed for children and teens. Out back, your very own private pool (that can be heated) and *hot tub are awaiting you! The backyard is the perfect private oasis! As you take the stairs, (or elevator), up to the second level you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two sets of adult length bunk beds and is connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, to the second guest bedroom with a king sized bed! You will also find the master suite with a private bathroom, and its own access to a private balcony on this level! As you move on to the third floor you will be taken with the spacious open concept floor plan. This level has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. The third floor of the home also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom. A Point of View is located adjacent to Seaside. Seaside is a small resort community in northwest Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s known for its late-20th-century New Urbanist design, as well as pastel-colored houses featuring porches and white picket fences. A series of striking pavilions mark the access points to the long sandy beach. Shops and restaurants cluster in the town center. Just west, Grayton Beach State Park has trails and a coastal dune lake.
