Why they chose this property We fell in love with Marble Falls as it has a historic downtown, many trails nearby, Fredericksburg wine country nearby, Inks Lake State Park, Pedernales State Park nearby, and many other things to see do, and enjoy. This house and location make it much more enjoyable as you are on the lake and can drive less than 5 minutes to downtown, HEB grocery store, Starbucks, Walgreens, and tons of restaurants.
