Located in the Miracle Mile/ West Hollywood, The complex which includes underground parking, pool, gym, business center and WiFi is situated in a central area, and it is in a wonderful location for access to all LA areas. The apartment has two master bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms , walking closet in both rooms. two queen size beds in each room and one extra regular mattress if needed. 55 inch led TV with apple TV in the living room. HBO, Show time, Netflix and Hulu available There is a outside balcony perfect for taking in the wonderful weather, morning coffee or afternoon drinks with downtown LA view. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious granite counter-top, double sink, coffee machine, kettle ... - Air conditioning, hardwood floors, carpet, new appliances - Washer/dryer in the apartment. - 2 bathrooms. - High speed wi -fi, APPLE TV. -There is a pool/patio area as well as a rooftop with views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA.

Walking distance from The Grove, the Fairfax District, 3rd Street, and Melrose Avenue shopping,LA County Museum of Art, art galleries,. There is something for everyone at this location. 10 min to beverlly hills ,Downtown and Century city and 25 min to Santa Monica and Venice Beach .Public transportation across the street, it walking distance to melrose ave,great restaurants ,bars ,club and shops (farmers market & beverly center).
