Property information

This country home is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the Lake Waramaug area. Views from the two Vineyards and the rolling hills transport you to Europe. The house is set on the back of the lot. You enter the property through a long winding road which allows for privacy. The setting is idyllic and the views are spectacular. It has a pond with water lilies and Koi fish which add to the bucolic and peaceful scenery. It is the ideal house for someone wanting to get out of the city and into the country without having to sacrifice good restaurants and shopping. The house is 1 minute away by car to Lake Waramaug. You will get a stamp which will allow you to use a beautiful and exclusive private beach, excellent for kids as it has very shallow waters and is never crowded. There is also a playground on this beach. You can bring your own boat or rent one if you wish but there is no docking overnight..
