If location and affordability are on the top of your list this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom economy rated condominium is for you. The location is excellent! It is located one block from the core of downtown Aspen, and it just a short 200 yard walk to the base of Lift 1A ski lift. This top/second-floor condominium also has a nice deck with mountain views. This condo features one off-street private parking space, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice flat screen TV in the living room. Bedding is a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom, which can be pushed together to make a king if requested prior to arrival. One pet is allowed with nonrefundable pet fee.
