My name is Sandra and I have lived in Kona since 1970. I came from California in search of cleaner beaches to ponder my future. As it turned out, I stayed - and have loved living here ever since. I have traveled the world and must say 'there is no place like home'. When my children grew and moved out I discovered that this home was too big for me, so I turned downstairs portion into a vacation retreat, which includes the pool, yard and downstairs kitchen and I'm so very happy to share this precious, peaceful place with visitors and share my knowledge of the Island as requested.
